Great customer service and most medications I was able to pick up the day of. I didn't use their delivery service but I appreciate that they deliver within the next two days for free (free since it was a big order) or even faster with express delivery. Refrigerated medications were nicely wrapped up

Alto pharmacy service is very responsible about their customers medication and accessories. I received my first order today in a safe and well arranged box with a toffee as surprise gift. Thank you Alto

The delivery was excellent, very nice and friendly "Uber" delivery man. I had to call the office as my apartment # was left off the package but your office quickly changed the records so that it won't happen again. I also had questions about the quantity of the prescription. I called again and got quick responses and a clear explanation of what had happened and advice on how to resolve the issue going out. ALTO PHARMACY is an OUTSTANDING specialty pharmacy and it's proactive and caring staff who go out of their way to address and and all issues are beyond comparison. Thank you for being a diamond in a City of uncaring and unresponsive "large" commercial chains and "can't be bothered" attitude smaller ones!

The package was delivered to a neighbor. She found it the next morning, twelve hours after the package was delivered. Well, I guess it had to happen one day. All other deliveries were done correctly.

This is the 2nd time medication that requires refrigeration has not been delivered to me on time even though I’ve been available and made proper arrangements through their delivery service. Alto requires signature confirmation which, if anything goes wrong on the delivery, means that the medication goes back to the warehouse or in an unrefrigerated area. Even when attempting pick up, there have been issues. For as long as a signature is required on these sensitive meds, I cannot recommend this pharmacy. Unfortunately in trying to secure and control the medications, they create inconveniences which lead to loss of potency and crucial time. If a patient wants to opt out of signature confirmation which, they should allow it.
