Best Pharmacy... not just one Pharmacist but a full wall of them, I believe anyone can use it if they get a pass into the section. Good prices, service and things are always in stock with an unseen area of what I imagine is very large with rows and rows of shelves and offices. Truly convenient if you have been hospitilized at Langone and worth the trip for me to get the exact medicine prescribed by 'NYU Langone' Doctors... no mistakes ever.

I’ve been trying to fill my prescription since 08/30. It’s 09/04 and still no delivery. Charged all the co-pays necessary but failed to deliver. No one to talk to. Mind you I’m diabetic and depend on these meds for life and leaving the country for a month tomorrow. Stay away! Garbage service! You are better off with your local pharmacy.

We waited 40 minutes for ibuprofen!!!! I am not sure how they operate, but this is ridiculous, my wife was discharged from the hospital after a surgery and we had to wait for an ibuprofen for over 40 minutes. No one wants to talk to you and there is no way to understand what are they doing? There was like 10 of them there? My advice is to ask your nurse to send your prescription to your local pharmacy.

I’m speaking specifically of the specialty pharmacy here, which may be in cobble hill but I couldn’t find them on google maps. Of all the specialty pharmacies I’ve used, they have been the best by far. They reach out to me ahead of time regarding my refills, help with prior authorizations and are always quick to answer or respond when I call. This makes a huge difference to ppl like me who often have to sit through hours of calls with insurance companies and pharmacies in order to get prescriptions they’ve received for years, thank you!
