Friendly staff and great service. I needed to find a notary and was advised to come here after going to 5 other suggestions that were closed (banks) or longer offered the service. Arrow Pharmacy - thank you! If you are near Columbus Circle / midtown/ Rockefeller Center, need a Notary and want to pick up quality pharmacy goods this is your spot. 5 stars. Tip: Arrow closes at 6pm — try and stop by at the top of of rush hour ;)

Absolutely love this pharmacy! Whether in New York or New Jersey, they are my go-to for quick and professional service. The staff is super friendly, the store is always clean, and the wait times are short. Their hours are convenient, and the free delivery and pickup options make everything so easy. Highly recommend!

They are the worst!!!! They are arrogant and they charge you for things you never ordered!!! Too bad better to go to CVS

I only use privately owned pharmacies as they are more geared towards providing the personalized care to their customers rather than the large chains… Rite Aid, CVS. However, my experience with this pharmacy was far from what I expected. When I handed my prescription to the woman at the counter she looked at my prescription and in a quick second she said the medication wasn’t covered by insurance. I had to pay out of pocket, $65. She never bothered to check with the pharmacist to be sure. I was unable to pay the cost, but my boyfriend offered to pay. He called the pharmacy to pay by credit card but he was declined by the owner as he was physically unable to pay in person. I felt humiliated to say the least! Feeling defeated but still persistent to get my much needed medication I went to the pharmacy I normally go to in the Bronx. When I gave the prescription to the pharmacist, it took him less than 5 minutes to tell me the medication is DEFINITELY covered by insurance!!! And it was covered by the brand name. Arrow Pharmacy, I WILL NEVER go into your pharmacy AGAIN! You simply DO NOT care about your customers!
