Canalberry Pharmacy is my hidden gem in Chinatown! The kindness of the staff makes each visit a breeze, and their professionalism is top-notch. I'm always impressed by their knowledge; they guide me through options effortlessly. With an extensive range of medicines, it's a one-stop-shop for health essentials. Highly recommend for a personalized and friendly pharmacy experience!

I knew about Canalberry for a long time. I used to come here often to buy a special Midol PM that the company who made the painkiller now discontinued. But at the time, they were the only pharmacy in town that had it, and helped me out a lot with my endometriosis pain until I learned how to manage it in other ways. Now this pharmacy recently has literally saved my life, again! When I had no other Chinese pharmacy to fill my Paxlovid prescription (not even my designated one), they were there for me to save the day, travels and headache to get this medication needed for COVID. They also got it 100% approved by my insurance. This is a very hard medication to get approved, even partially (it’s a $2,000 script if you were to pay out of pocket). Also, when I got there (and I’m non-Asian/non-Chinese btw if that matters), they didn’t treat any less of a human being or a contagiously sick person that day. They were very nice and friendly & even gave me their business card in a small card holder thing that I still use today to hold all my important cards on me. This pharmacy is seriously underrated and more people/patients in the area need to come here. They are by far one of the best pharmacy places I have ever been to. Great customer service and they really care about your wellbeing. I hope they expand someday. I will slowly move most of my scripts over to them by February or March 2025. I want this pharmacy to be my main one. God bless them!

I love this pharmacy! It already distinguishes itself from other pharmacies. The staff at Canalberry goes above and beyond to provide individualized care, creating a welcoming atmosphere! The staff are so efficient and always have my prescriptions ready. If there’s any problems, they go above and beyond to contact me and my doctors and find the best resolution! The best pharmacy ever!
