It's become difficult to shop at CVS with every shelf locked. Perhaps they had fewer inventory concerns when they had less self checkout and more employees?

Since Day 1 when CVS opened across the street from my office, I received nothing but the BEST customer service. Every single staff I’ve ever worked with are attentive and always willing to help me out. They go above and beyond and most importantly, they make the customer feel safe and heard. I do believe this it’s important, getting medication can be embarrassing for majority of the customers. This team are all ACES with sensitivity, prioritizing, listening, and assuring all customer’s needs are met. If I could hire a dream team, they would be my first choice. I truly truly appreciate and respect them. They’ve been taking care of me for couple of years now, and I consider them my comfort blanket, I always feel better with their help. Hanna, Pharmacist Jeffrey Legaspi and all the staff at 1440 Broadway, are AMAZING!!!! I never once heard any of them “sigh, groan, or roll their eyes when there’s an issue or when helping out a challenging customer. This speaks volumes, they work as a team to help fix the issue/issues. They are all so knowledgeable. I am grateful for each one of them and thankful that CVS opened up a location near me. I can go on and on how wonderful they all are, professional and personally. I adore them, please give them a raise 🙂
