I've been a satisfied customer of this particular CVS Pharmacy location for many many years. I've dealt with many CVS Pharmacies but this one, at the Target in Bronx Terminal Market has always been a standout and my favorite. There's nothing I could suggest to improve the quality or service. Andrew is a top notch pharmacist. He is always professional, friendly, courteous and knowledgable. I and my spouse have developed a trust for him and his team, which includes Yzatis. I always look forward to seeing them and always have a wonderful experience. Highest praise for this CVS pharmacy location.

The worst experience ever...... Cheapest medication full of sodium fillers that made me so much sicker. The young girl there is very disrespectful and unqualified to be behind that counter. She is going to get that pharmacy in so much trouble. She will lie and antagonize to get a reaction. Smh. If anyone else is feeling worse after taking meds from that place is not imagining it. Good luck. Sad but so true.

Pharmacist and the assistant are both RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL and LACK CUSTOMER SERVICES!!! 4-5 years ago the previous Pharmacist was an amazing, kind, caring, experienced, extremely helpful and they haven’t had any one better than him since!!!

Wow! Wish I read reviews. Went there my RX was not there I switched to Capsule for a reason now I remembered. I asked my doctor to call it it to CVS exterior street. I went back to the counter the tech took my name a DOB and said it will be 45min. I return 2 hours only for her to say it’s not at this CVS. I noted you informed me it will be ready in 45mins. Literal silence, I mentioned at this point an apology is common courtesy, nothing the pharmacist who is her supervisor acknowledged nothing. RUDE AND UNAPOLOGETIC! The whole store is going down with products under lock and key and now a CVS lacking simple customer service. Oh he mentioned she was a temp employee after I called him out for allowing that type of behavior.

Please avoid this pharmacy. I wish I can give it a -5 stars. The pharmacist, Andrew Kahn and his tech assistant, I spoke with on 9/23/24, are rude and dismissive. Andrew sold an opened prescription to me on 9/22. I should have checked it before purchasing, but I didn't think a medical professional would sell an opened prescription. When I returned to CVS to return it, the tech told me he has a no return policy. So I gave her the bag and showed her the box was cut opened and she shrugged and said it probably happened when we opened the package. If the store/staff damaged a product, especially a prescription, that product should not be sold. The pharmacist should have sent it back as a damaged item. I will not return to CVS pharmacy.
