I have trouble every month getting a refill. I used to used Rite Aid before it closed. CVs doesn’t measure up (good at doing vaccinations though). Cannot get thru by phone and maybe they call back after leaving messages. Their app doesn’t have correct info and I go in circles. I think today the straw broke the camel’s back and I’m going to look for new pharmacy since this is too frustrating to go thru every time.

I took 3 phone calls to be able to actually talk to a person. Your system does not allow for sleep meditation which are considered controlled sunstroke be refilled online. Hence the call. The total wait time was about 70 minutes, which is unacceptable. Danielle did not refill my prescription even though I had been told in person by this pharmacy’s staff that I can refill it at my cost every 2 weeks; rather than once/month. Danielle refused to transfer me to a supervisor in this regard, telling me that the supervisor is out till next week. Does this mean that CVS is operating its pharmacies without supervisors? Please educate me, I’m very interested to know. She said she could not find a note in my file stating that I could get a refill every 15 if it’s at my cost. When asked where this note would be coming from she would not know who, if anybody would write it. Her attitude throughout was annoyed and I felt she could not wait to be done with me from the very get go. I am not inclined to put up with this kind of customer service for services that CVS is paid a lot for. Sincerely

This CVS is very convience for me (walking distance). The pharmarcy they need more help especially now that flu and other virus are showing up.

This pharmacy gave me wrong prescription twice. Instead of owning up the mistake on the part of the pharmacy staff, I was asked to pay, as the insurance would pay not cover. I recently, moved my all family members' prescription to CVS, but now have decided to move out of CVS. It was a waste of time and money to be a CVS customer.

The CVS store at 288 Saint Nicholas Ave. in Manhattan New York. Harlem is the worst location. Cvs could ever have unprofessional staff out of stack store no convenience for any help with disable people and very unfriendly
