    The local CVS store is fantastic. The pharmacy assistant worked through a thorny issue with my prescription. Without her help, I'm not sure what I would have done. She got me to become a loyal customer of their pharmacy department.

    Worst pharmacy in the city. Was told to wait for 20 minutes. 42 minutes later told the medication needs to be ordered. Absolutely 0 communication. Makes me wonder if these guys work for UHC (Delay Deny etc). Meanwhile I would’ve been waiting until closing if I didn’t speak up. No respect shame on the staff, this is medication for my daughter.

    So I'm about to enter the cvs to pick up my prescriptions and buy some deodorant. Before I enter I see the security guard I smile politely and just looks me up and down and shake his head. So right there that's racial profiling. As i enter the store there is a camera TV pointing to the art the entrance so I see him striking right after me entering. I used to work at Walgreens so I know when I'm being followed because he suspects me as a potential their which I'm not. So I make my way to the pharmacy to pick up my medicine and he's observing me from the corner. I finish that and head to the aisle to get what I needed he bumps into me and keeps on walking. Then I ask for help to get the item and head towards check out now it's the security and the a manager there watching me to make sure I pay for an item. I don't like how I was being treated so then I ask the manager hey is the store manager here today hoping that it'll make them back off me but no they were still watching me until I left the store.

    Great and patient team at CVS upper west side! They are so busy ! But they are always polite and helpful !

    Service was exceptional! I was extremely pleased. No Problem in getting extra meds.
