Earlier this year, I had an emergency requiring a specialty medication combined with a complex insurance request. The staff handled my request with respect and urgency. Ivy, Martha, and Antonia worked diligently and achieved a miracle, getting what I needed in time. I highly recommend this location and team.

Sometimes they are not very nice also they tell you to come in at a certain time and you get there and your prescription still aren't done

Very courteous, professional and respectful! They do excellent work and makes sure you get all the details of how they are sending your meds. I love it when they call me for reminders, you can almost hear the smile in their voice when calling. Kudos to Ms. Emilia !

The most disorganized, ancient, and outdated company. They have caused me to miss payments because they "ensure" they will process my co-payments automatically, yet I get left with hundreds of dollars worth of bills. Furthermore, they need to invest in better landlines because it sounds like they are talking to me from 20,000 feet deep in the ocean. If you have the option, do not use them as your specialty pharmacy.

As systematic issue, the staff is rotating, there is no follow up, no follow through, pure waste of time again and again. After using this pharmacy monthly for 6 years one would assume that it would get some additional better service but no. They call you went it not needed and then they don’t follow up when they should be. The male pharmacy manager should just get fired. He has no empathy nor professionalism and poor management and communication skills. Update on Oct 30 2023: just replaced all of the employees by machines and fire them all. None of them bring any value. They hide behind their system when it is convenient for them. They are unable to forecast drugs demand. They are unable to look at the full sheet of a client. They all believe they are being professional or provide some kind of adequate service but it is not the case. They do 0 efforts, managers, males, females, just an horrible place. I lost count of the numbers poor interactions with these incompetent and paper pushers kids running this place.
