They need to investigate this location. There is some shady things happening here. The employees look scared of management. I came in and the store manager is yelling at the employees. She is toxic. One employee told me the surveys they do is watched by her and they can’t put there real answers down. So not to apply here. To go to other locations cause you won’t last long here.

I’ve been to this Duane Reade multiple times. This is by far the worst location. The lines are often long and most staff are quite slow. Fault, however, is not with the staff; it is with management/whoever the manager is at this location. Training is poor and staff lacks motivation. If headquarters is reading this, you better switch out the manager here as he/she is responsible for the horrendously inefficient culture at this store.

Christina from this store is very nice, always helpful. I believe she is the store manager. Every time I go to do my couponing she’s always patient and takes her time to do my transactions! Great work. I do make a suggestion, some of the staff can be rude, other than that I visit the store in a weekly basis:)

The staffs in the store are so rude and unprofessional. The front desk male who worked on 12/14 6pm was so ridiculous. I wanna report him to higher management like seriously. Can't believe that Walgreens has such poor employee training. Be careful, they probably can fill your medicine wrong. Such a mess!

I’m shocked at the negative reviews. I have been going to this location since it opened decades ago and have never had a bad experience with any of the staff. On the contrary, everyone has always been very friendly and helpful.
