Just went in for a COVID shot. Everyone was fine except the pharmacist who gave me the shot. She was so rude! Is bedside manner not a thing? Anyway, she treated me like an idiot and an inconvenience but it was only a few minutes of my life. Still a drag though

What is wrong with this Mid-aged unhappy grouchy new manager….? He doesn’t even know how to talk to people but only be there to disrespect his customers…. Seriously, if you have no idea how to respect / treat people, you should not be upfront with customers. What an unpleasant experience. The previous manager was a nice person. Ladies who works here are lovely. Service is always slow but they are kind. Under new manager we keep seeing stealing regularly. The new manager doesn’t care, and he is getting cranky with customers who are paying. I would never ever come back to this place as long as this store is under his management. There are plenty of other store options in the same block.

Did errands for my Aunt Josephine before Memorial Day weekend last month.

Bad service . Pharmacist very rude. I’ll keep with CVS even though it’s little far for my home but they have way better service.

I went there to get my medicine,the guy wearing glasses Indian looking, he told me one of your medicine is not ready, we have to order, so he told me to come back tomorrow, so I went there next day again, to get medicine which is Obviously not ready again, so I think may be they did not order and that’s y they are making this whole story, by telling me, they have to call my doctor to prescribed the similar medicine which will be cover by insurance, (they have to know in the first place weather the medicine is cover or not), cause they don’t know how important that medicine is they keep on delaying.So to get the medicine they told me the computer system is down ,they gave the medicine to the other person also from the system , also when they run my name in the system at that time the system works and how come suddenly the system is down which does not makes any sense, that makes them totally lying or lazy also they have to call me asa they got the massage from delivery person, there service is so poor so poor I would have give them 0 star..
