This is incorrect the pharmacy closes at 8. The pharmacist are so rude I’ve never experienced anything like it. There’s one woman in particular who makes me feel like an unwelcome freak every time I go in. They are unorganized and lie when they are lazy. My doctor called in a prescription and had proof that the pharmacy received it but the pharmacy kept saying it was cancelled. I had my doctor call them and after 10 min of back and forth they said “ohhhh” and magically found my prescription. Terrible service and I’d go somewhere else but this location is convenient

I had a very difficult time getting my prescription at this pharmacy, unhelpful staff, I was given incorrect information and a billing mistakes were made. It took over two weeks to finally get my prescription filled and billed to my insurance correctly. Staff was unapologetic and difficult to work with.

this duane reade is weirdly fancy & extravagant, definitely an uptight atmosphere. i asked for help twice from members of the general staff and they were cold and unhelpful. at least the pharmacists are nice!

Honestly the rudest staff at the pharmacy check out. Couldn’t believe the displeasure this lady had serving me or answering a question about the location of a product. Please leave this job If it makes you that unhappy.

Waited 45 minutes to get a vaccine. If you’re booking, make sure you allow plenty of time
