We have had a community problem for some time caused by this store. The garbage is placed in flimsy bags. This causes several problems. When the garbage trucks come the bags burst and garbage is strewn all over the pavement. Garbage attracts rats and other rodents. Other business in the area do not create this problem. For instance, there is a Starbucks across the street. When they put out garbage for collection it is secured properly and so does not cause garbage to litter the pavement and so attract rodents.

Don’t bother going here. They barely have anything in stock. If it’s it needs a clerk to unlock it like toothpaste you’ll die before anyone shows up. I’ve been living in this area for two years and this place never ceases to disappoint me. Tonight was the last time I’m ever bothering going there. Completely unreliable for me as a local.

They're very careless. They don't answer phone calls (they pick up the phone without saying anything then put you back on hold), they blame their mistakes on you, they're incompetent and rude. Capsule is the way to go, but if your insurance requires you to use Walgreens, then please choose another location. This is the worst one. The pharmacy should be reported and revamped entirely.

There’s an employee there name Michael, an older white male, with a bald spot. He is very disrespectful as a worker. I’ve encounter him twice, and he has said smart remarks with no reason. Very impatience overall. I could understand if I was being a rude customer or a customer who was causing problems. But I was just asking a simple question to unlock an item to purchase and he was just condescending. Then the the next time I came I had an error with an order from Uber so I had a problem with purchasing the item when it was my time to get to the counter. He sighed, asked me what the problem and told me next time don’t get on line, can’t you see we have customers waiting. So I moved to the side so other customers can go and he got upset and said “now I have to cancel this ring up!” and I responded. That he didn’t have to be rude. I understand that we all have bad day and we are only human but he has been a little disrespectful too many times

The pharmacy was supposed to open at 9am. No one had appeared by 9:10am. When I asked where the pharmacist was and when it would open, an associate just shrugged and shook her head. I get that things happen, and staffing is limited, but this is no way to run a business.
