This pharmacist is amazing, I really really love him . I go there all the time , he also does deliveries

They are not fast and absolutely not friendly. The owner of the establishment is extremely rude and lacks problem resolution skills.I went to this location not by choice but because they are an amazon pick up hub. The location is dingy and it’s obvious they are not busy. I went there to pick up my package, his computer system was down, he had no internet service. I asked what is the work around for me picking up my package since I’m traveling tomorrow, and I’m on my lunch break. He advise when he has internet service ( he could not provide a time) being a regular Amazon shopper, I explain I have my Drivers licenses and the passcode so he should be able do it manually, he immediately said no. I left and called Amazon, they advise a hub cannot refuse to deliver your package. There is a process that should be followed if there systems are down. They advise I should return the location with my DL & Code, once at the location the vendor needs to call Amazon Helpdesk, so they can release the package and update the inventory. I follow the instructions provided, I arrived at the location, I didn’t even open my mouth, he immediately became defensive and advise he is not doing this, he refuse to call Amazon and threaten to call the police on me. He advise Amazon can come get all there sh!t because he is not calling anyone. He was not interested In a resolution, his ego and need to be right was more important than customers service. Needless to say the owner of this establishment is extremely unprofessional, lack business sense, and does not know how resolve issues he creates. He is technologically ignorant and is not able to follow instructions and work around when experiencing an outage. The location is deserted so I’m sure based on his lack of Customer service he will be out of business soon.

The pharmacist Alex Charles is a weirdo to me and something is strange about him behind his job .. he was mean to me last time just because I asked him to make sure my prescriptions be filled and ready on time when it’s time for me to pick up my meds. That’s not how you treat your patients Mr.Alex Charles … But Yea Something is a bit off on him .. Please People Watch Him He is a Bit Suspicious Guy Just Saying.

They are fast. They are friendly. They know customers by name, face, and are the kindest crew around. Looking for someone who will shoot you straight and be your best advocate in terms of generics and price points for your meds? HERE YOU GO. This is singlehandedly the best local business I have ever had the joy to work with, and I think Flatbush is blessed by some of the best locals around. AND YET F&F manages to surpass expectations.
