I’ve been going to this Pharmacy for over 20 years. The place was great with Joe running the show. I have to say without taking anything away from Joe. He was a great guy. The Pharmacy is run by a family of two sisters, one brother. They are awesome, I cannot find words to express the gratitude I have for these people at Halpern pharmacy. They know I have a condition, I tend to forget stuff and they work with me. They’re so very patient and helpful. They always seem to work with me as far as my medication I don’t have to worry about not having a certain medication. I am only 62 with heart failure, memory problems, I have a lot of medical issues. Thanks to this Pharmacy and the family that runs it.. I don’t have to worry about if I’m short a medication they work with me every time. Thank you to the team at Halpern pharmacy. pharmacy. This is a great place to buy walkers wheelchairs, canes and Prescriptions etc. They have a variety of medical equipment. I would not change this Pharmacy for nothing, especially not for those chain pharmacies out there. They don’t give a damn about the patient. I cannot say enough nice things about this Pharmacy. Great place!!

Long-time patron to this wonderful pharmacy since my days as a patient of Bellevue Hospital many many moons ago … it was recommended by them because of its proximity and ease of getting prescriptions sent to— they’ve expanded since then and have come back to utilise their services continually, regardless of the breaks in-between! Highly reliable staffing manned by its CEO, (Joe) ! Such a great guy ! Highly recommended !

First time I’ve enjoyed going to a pharmacy!! I had to switch from my regular Duane Reade to Halpern so I could get a 3 month supply and I’m so glad I had to. The second I walked in everyone was so nice and helped me and it was actually relaxing! Seems like a nice family run business and I recommend it to all!

To the pharmacist, my mother has been a customer of this pharmacy for many years now, just listen to my advice to you, do not give any medical advice to your customers when you’re a pharmacist and not a DOCTOR, and that’s extremely unprofessional and dangerous. You have no idea what the circumstances are of your customers health through their medication. You’re putting bad thoughts into people’s minds and now my mother thinks her lifetime DOCTOR, is not doing a good job with her health and she’s having anxiety over it. Read this carefully, While pharmacists provide ONE type of healthcare service, DOCTORS NOT PHARMACISTS are the medical professionals responsible for diagnosing and treating patients, including writing prescriptions that pharmacists fill for purchase. DO NOT EVER GIVE ANY MEDICAL ADVICE TO ANY OF YOUR CUSTOMERS.
