Was waiting outside for over 30minutes past their "9am opening" for my UPS package and no one came to open the shop. For the second day in a row! Called multiple times to arrange a pick up, was reassured regarding hours. Now I have to have my package sent to another location due to this terrible an inconvenient service. If you're working the 9 to 5 and have a package here, you'll never get it. Arrange another drop off service.

Their UPS pick service is horrible! Came to pick up my package 15 minutes before closing and the doors were locked with 2 people inside and they refused to allow me to pick up my packages. I came back the very next business day at 9:30am and the doors are locked but the store hours are 9am to 6pm.... owner in the store and refused to come to the doors! New flash to UPS DO NOT LEAVE MY PACKAGE WITH THESE PEOPLE

This is an excellent, “old school”, family run pharmacy with a pharmacist who actually goes out of his way to help and troubleshoot when problems arise with insurance coverage, etc. The benefits and hands on customer service they provide are highly unusual in this day of impersonal chain pharmacies. Being a UPS pickup site is, and should be, secondary to their primary mandate of making sure customers in the community, who are in need of medication, are serviced well and with care.

I like small businesses like this one. Great customer service! Not only do they remember my name, but they're also my ups pick up and drop off point and sometimes I forget to pick things up. They'll call me to remind me of packages.

Horrible customer service. They should not be a UPS pick-up location. They have ridiculous hours and are unwilling to help via the phone. The pharmacist or store clerk I’ve spoken to is always rude and rushes off the phone claiming they are speaking to a doctor. Pick-up times are 9:15-3:30pm and they are closed on Sundays. Smh
