I am very disappointed after my order. on January 1, a golden order on the website of the person ordering 10 bars of Biały Jeleń soap. I ordered the soap because it was available, basically a 200g bar. After 8, I called to ask where my order was checked and I found out that it was being used. I don't think anyone noticed my order. I was informed that the parcel would be sent immediately and it happened. After a few days I received the parcel, but I was surprised when, after opening the package, I saw soap bars weighing 150g and not the 200g ones offered on the pharmacy's website. When I called with a complaint, I was informed that they were sold like this because the 200g ones were no longer produced. So I asked why the photo information on the website had not been changed. The interlocutor was unable to provide meaningful information. For me this is pure fraud. If the grammage was not clearly stated, it would be ok, but since they know that there is no 200g continuation and they still keep photos with 200g cubes, for me it is a lie and that is why I do not recommend this store that does not respect the customer.

Unreliable and incompetent staff. Giving information that is not true. They take money from the account immediately but do not deliver the medicine on time or at all. Then they do not even answer the phone and do not call back as promised

I’ve been a customer here for years in greenpoint but I’ve noticed tees been some shady behavior with my medicine. I was being charged an insane amount for my “copay” that clearly my insurance covered. This search went on for two days: I called my insurance company, told them my dilemma, spoke with the pharmacist and it ended with the lovely customer representative calling the pharmacy while I was in the store to confirm that my medication was covered FULLY. The pharmacist is a nice guy and always greeted me with kindness but behind that smile is a thief and a crook. I’ve also been told stories about this pharmacy stealing money from customers and I never wanted to believe it. I switched locations and I have ZERO issues with my medication. If I had to pay a copay, I have no problem doing that because before I was paying a small amount. There is no way that I go from paying $6 to $50 for my medicine. You are out of your minds and I hope this establishment goes under investigation. Stay clear of this place all together!!

They get busy at times understandably so but they are hands down the best pharmacy in the area. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly.

The pharmacist has to take some English classes . It is sad to work with someone on a phone in Healthcare who doesn't understand what you say
