TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I tried to use GOODRX and the pharmacy mgr tried to charge me more than $160 vs the quoted $26.01!!! My prescription was for 165 pills of finasteride (1 year supply) by my doc (no refills as I’m leaving the country for 1 year) The pharmacy mgr tried first to give me only 90 pills for $48.. saying that the prescription was specifically saying that (FALSE) then when I complained and showed him the prescription on my phone he magically found it (365 pills) and he would charge me $160+. When I complained that with the GOODRX coupon the price was much lower he told me that I still got a good price… ?!?! When I refused to pay he forced me to leave the store rudely. I called GOODRX then and they said NOT TO PAY A DYME MIRE THAN EHAT THEIR COUPON SAYS. I then transferred my prescription to a different pharmacy, Rite Aid, with them the same prescription was going to cost me $29.09 with the Goodrx coupon, at the pharmacy all went smoothly, I got ALL my pills and paid $29.07! All the documentation is attached. I ADVISE ANYONE THAT WANT TO USE GOODRX TO GO TO A DIFFERENT PHARMACY. I was about to lose more than $140 just because they decided to charge me a higher amount with the only purpose to make money on me! It’s a shame. I really hope many people will read this and start going to a honest pharmacy. -answer to the business after reading their reply: if you accept GOODRX then you should know that your customers should pay what stated on their coupon. Right? (That’s what GOODRX tells all their customers!) Then if you are honest you should tell your customers that something must be wrong in the process and NOT TRY TO OVERCHARGE YOUR CUSTOMERS. You definitely did not do that with me. Otherwise I wouldn’t have posted this negative review.

I went today for my medication. They did not have my medication in store . So , I asked them about where I can pick up my medicine. The guy said I don’t know and I asked them that they supposed to know because they have accepted my insurance . Being a patient , sympathetically and technically you are supposed to talk to patient with care . People coming to pharmacy don’t come because they want to enjoy but because they are not feeling well. So , at least you should be sorry for not able to help or say sorry , I don’t know but instead with a rude attitude. After that , another man interrupted saying how much are you paying ?what does that even means ?? We have been to many store but they never ask you how much you pay ! I told them that’s not your business And the Indian guy who’s good usually interrupted us saying that the guy was the boss. Oh come on, we don’t really care who boss is because we are not for job interview.we are patient who desperately needs medication . That was an awful experience overall. The boss was very rude . I won’t suggest you guys to pick up from this location just by the accessibility. You have other tons option near by. Only go if you want to be served rude and with no communication skills.

Wonderful experience. The pharmacist was fast and extremely helpful. Far more personal than CVS or RiteAid. I will be having all my prescriptions filled here.
