Great experiences here: the pharmacy staff is friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and FAST. I live/work nearby, and I love how convenient it is to just pick up refills in person rather than deal with shipping (which has also been easy in the past)!

Horrible experience. Just go with someone else. The testing and initial process is fast and streamline but when it’s time to get prescription the pharmacy never follows up and then customer support eventually ghost you. Waist of time.

Overall, good experience with Mistr. They’re fairly responsive and kept me updated with my order status and next steps. My one main issue was really with Gilead as I needed to call a few times, was on hold for about 20 to 30 minutes each time, and they told me that someone would contact me once they received my information from Mistr. They received it, but no one from Gilead emailed, texted, or left a VM.

I used MISTR online once and they got my prescription wrong. Then I stopped working with them and four months later their pharmacy in Orlando, Rosemont Specialty Pharmacy, started filling my prescription again without my permission. Unbelievably crooked.
