Thoughtful folks at this family-run pharmacy. High-quality customer service, especially in comparison to the weirdly poor service at the big franchises in the neighborhood. Taking 1 star off because they sometimes close before their stated hours and a couple times my deliveries have not been made on the day they were promised. Fix that and I'd give a 10 of 5.

I’ve been a customer of Norwood Pharmacy for twelve years now. Yogi and staff have been like family to me. The personal care and attention to my health care needs are above reproach! I highly recommend Norwood Pharmacy if you are considering changing your prescription needs. You won’t be disappointed. A shout out to Angel who always has a smile and great attitude!

Pure excellence!!!! Norwood Pharmacy is the best place to receive family first home care and quality medical services and home deliveries. Yogi and Josh do superb diligence in making sure that you're taken care of. With all services required the top notch services has go to with my experience with Norwood Pharmacy, I wouldn't change to any other service for the world! Keep up the great things that you do guys!!! I'm grateful!!

This pharmacy is wonderful. I’ve had so many issues with my insurance lately and was so upset to discover yet another issue when trying to pick up medications from them for the first time today after a different large pharmacy quit taking my insurance. I decided to ask how much my prescriptions would be out of pocket and was so pleasantly surprised to find out they were significantly cheaper than what I would have paid elsewhere out of pocket. They even were nice enough to offer me a small discount. During another snowstorm that I’m spending very sick and after feeling like I’ve been battling with insurance and struggling to get medications I need, I was so happy to deal with such a great pharmacy with affordable medications and kind employees. It can be so difficult sometimes dealing with medical things and this was such an easy and refreshing experience. I’m very happy to continue getting my prescriptions from them in the future.

I moved into the Neighborhood from Brooklyn Heights where I had concierge service. On my 2nd day, in 2016 I discovered Norwood and have been there almost daily since then. Sometimes just to say hello to the staff who always greet you like an old friend.. I live alone and if I miss 2 days I get a phone call or text message checking up on me. As a consumer and a prescriber I have had nothing but stellar service throughout the years. They even delivered medications to patients in the Bronx. I highly recommend Norwood. Try them.. you may never want to leave..
