Our local pharmacy is the best. This is not a 1-stop-shop where you can get everything on a shelf and shop for your whole family. This is only a pharmacy so go elsewhere if you need specific sundries or hair products, special soap etc. However, if you live in the neighborhood and are in need of a local, caring, small shop for accurate and speedy prescriptions, they will handle it with expertise.

So...I needed to send some important paperwork and the staff here went above and beyond to assist me! Turns out that the company I was sending documents to was experiencing delays and technical difficulties. That didn't deter the staff at QwikMeds Pharmacy! They FOUND a way to accommodate me and kept trying different options until a solution was found. Special shoutout to Tiffany, Brenda and Kencous!! They were friendly, patient, kind AND served everyone with a smile. The service I received was exceptional. Thank you for the way you support our community! I will definitely be back!

The staff was very welcoming and polite and knowledgeable. The owner is a sweetheart. I definitely love coming here to get my medication rather than go to the big retail pharmacy's. It's such a convenience in the neighborhood. I definitely recommend to use this pharmacy!

Such an unfortunate experience in my own neighborhood! I was supposed to picked up a package at this location (signature required with ID) I went on Saturday it was closed. They have office hours - 8am to 4pm - so I took an hour off in the morning to come at 8am; 8:15am still no opening. Not knowing if they were ever going to open I left for work. I called around 9am to know what was their hours! They told me they can give my package back to UPS, which I specifically advised not to or anyone because I will come again! (strangely my instinct felt something) I left work again during the day to go pick it up. 10mins away I get an email my package was picked up. Arriving there I get showed a fake copy ID with half my last name on it, a picture of a white woman (I am a black woman) and a fake ID of a young black man that signed and picked it up. The package was released by them with not even my last name on the fake ID! (It didn’t match the package) As the police mentioned It is clearly an inside Job from the pharmacy or UPS because the package was coming from APPLE and no one knew I had a package there but them two parties. Unfortunately I blame myself for calling them in the morning and bringing attention to a package from APPLE. I usually get my package deliver to another UPS access point and NEVER encounter any issues in years in this neighborhood. After pressing charges against the UPS access point, and filling a report I still don’t feel at ease as one of the employer mentioned “be careful they have your address” by they you mean you?! Yes it was obviously on the package. I can not wait for the detectives to get on this case as it is grand larceny and identity thief. So much for supporting a black owned Pharmacy.

I love this place! Its hard to understand why anyone would use a big chain pharmacy when you can get personalized service right in your own neighborhood. I've never had to wait and besides filling prescriptions they seem to have a lot of other OTC drug and health related items for such a small place.They seem to know all of their customers and are always there to help.
