Pharmacy states that you will receive a free delivery each month with your prescriptions but that is a lie. When you call to inquire about your delivery they automatically tell you that it is coming the next day. Then they put you on hold to speak with someone named Finchy and I truly believe his sole purpose is to argue on the phone with customers and try to get you to pay the $25 delivery fee. I have only received 1 free delivery from this pharmacy and that was when I initially sent over my scripts. I originally chose this place because of the delivery and the ease of having my pills already divided into the small packs. It takes me nearly an hour to get to this pharmacy and it is not worth it to have to do all this traveling and arguing to get the medications I need to manage my chronic conditions. They should be ashamed.

I transferred my parents to this pharmacy 4 month ago. The biggest regret! Their medications were not straightened out ever since. The pharmacy do fix the gap, but Every month I have to call to remind to refill. The person who picks up (obviously) lies that they “just called, but no one picked up”. Come on! Frustrated!!! Will transfer to another pharmacy for the next refill. I would recommend this pharmacy services.

Yesterday, I came in to pick up prescriptions. One of them had to be ordered and hadn't arrived at the pharmacy yet. The woman who was working at the front counter was so nice to me and I appreciate her. Physically I am not well. Its not easy for me to get around. She explained the situation, apologized for the inconvenience, took down my cell number and promised to personally call me when my medicine arrived. She also gave me an approximate time, which turned out to be spot on. Since I had to wait, I didn't want to go too far away from the pharmacy due to my physical limitations. Once the medicine arrived, she called to let me know they were preparing my prescription and would be ready in a few minutes. Originally, I was skeptical that she would actually call me but she was a woman of her word. She was thoughtful, kind and professional. Sometimes, it's the little things or small attention to detail that means so much. I am thankful.

As I write this I am currently on hold with the pharmacy for now one hour and 19 minutes and I think that is the most atrocious service a pharmacy could ever provide. I even called them on several other phones that I have currently holding as one is 40 minutes the other one is 57 minutes.

I went today to pick up a prescription for my father. I said "hello I'm here to pick up a prescription"- the lady at the desk was very unfriendly and looked like me as though i was an intruder. She told the employees on the back what I was asking for and directed me to go around the back. The pharmacist was the only nice person I dealt with. However, I am writing this because of what happened when I went to pay and had to deal with the lady at the front again. She told me how much the medication cost and I gave her the money. She then threw the change and receipt on the table like I was contagious. I completely understand that she wants to limit contact and trust me, I do not want anyone touching me either. But there are much better ways to do that. She could have gently placed the money down on the table. Her demeanor from the moment I walked into the store until I left was rude and apprehensible. There are many other places that my family can take our business where customers are treated like human beings. 11/18/2020- Thank you for your reply. I just want to clarify: the medication we get from your pharmacy has always been delivered to us. The only reason I volunteered to pick it up on Sunday was because it would not have been able to be delivered until Monday after 4pm and my father needed it right away. it was never an option for the prescription to be sent to a local pharmacy. If anything this experience showed my family that we should have been using a pharmacy closer to us all along. I appreciate you taking the time to reply.
