I recently visited this pharmacy and was extremely impressed with the level of service provided by two Young ladies. They were professional, patient, and took the time to explain my prescription thoroughly, answering all of my questions. I really appreciated their attention to detail and the care they took in ensuring I understood how to use my medication. The pharmacy was clean and well-organized. I’ll definitely be returning for future needs. Highly recommend!

I recently had an exceptional experience with Rimco. From the moment I stepped in, I was impressed by the friendly staff who were eager to assist. They also called me precisely on time to inform me that my medication was ready for pickup, which was incredibly convenient and saved me a lot of hassle. Highly recommend!

Lady at the front desk is incompetent and a poor communicator. Her lack of knowledge around her own store's policies led to me not being able to receive my medication on time. Youre playing with peoples medications, and thats not cool. If you didnt take goodrx, you shouldve said that on the phone instead of saying its not a guarantee but it works most of the time and come by and run your coupon to see if it works. I would not have sent my prescription to this pharmacy if you hadnt run your mouth about stuff you dont know. Then you lied to my face about what you told me on the phone. This is not a joke. These meds are too expensive for me to afford without goodrx and you wasted my time. Owner/manager: you need to train your staff better.

When I went to pick up my prescription, those two ladies were sooo wonderful with me. They helped me out with anythinf i needed to know. I recommended anybody to go in there even to shop for house essentials, they will help you with anything you need. LOVE ITT

My family and I have been loyal customers for years. I had given this pharmacy a 5 star rating prior to this post. However, it is under new management. Our usual pharmacists no longer work there. The new employees are rude and use upsenities in front of customers. The young women there treat customers with utter disrespect. Their attitude is atrocious. They dont greet anyone. The waiting time is unbelievable as they sit and chat amongst themselves. In addition, they do not call the customers to let them know their refills are ready. I believe customers continue to support this business solely for convenience. I would not recommend this pharmacy at all. I can not wrap my head around the fact that these two ladies were given an opportunity for employment, which requires them to work in customer service. Horrible to say the least.
