I had switched my pharmacy from Duane Reade due to a 2 hour wait for medication. Smart Rx is small and has a familiar atmosphere. You are welcomed with a smile and " how can I help you".I spoke to the pharmacist when I had a question about the brand of medicine I was given. He was thorough with his explanation and also gave me another option too. I am glad I changed too.

We came to get the vaccine and the service was amazing! They even gave us advice on where to get vaccine-sponsored stuff like donuts and fries lol.

So disappointing. I was in total shock from my horrendous experience with them last week. I have used them forever, great personal service and have recommended them to everyone I know. Changed owners. Changed service. The worst pharmacy in the neighborhood. And we have many. When you receive better and more personal service at Duane Reade, you know it is time to say Goodbye.

The service here is impeccable! The vaccine was quickly administered and safely and clean. The associates are really friendly. I highly recommend to get your vaccine here, same day appointment but make sure to call to find out which day they give Pfizer or Moderna. They have different days for both so make sure to check that. Besides that everything is great. 10/10 would recommend.
