rude staff. couldn’t find my packages and lost patience with me even though it’s their system? google has the wrong hours so don’t expect anyone there past 6. To the owners, if you’re gonna be a package pickup spot, have hours that actually accommodate people who work during business hours. and figure out how to efficiently find the packages that you hold for pickup.

I dropped off my UPS to be picked up for a return at 11:30 a.m. on a Friday and it still has not been picked up to be returned. It was supposed to be picked up by 4 p.m.

This place is the worst. Their posted hours are NOT their hours and I have wasted lots time / energy rushing to get my UPS packages from them before they “close” and they’re already gated up, sometimes over an hour before their posted closing time. Service is slow and rude and selection of products is limited and expensive.

First time here, very disappointing, I would give less than zero if it was possible, brought in a prescription for my dad for a Knee brace on December 20th, 2018, was told about the process to fill the prescription which was just two steps supposedly and that I would receive a call, I waited considering it was close to the holidays, tired of waiting, I called on January 2nd, 2019, and was told step 1 the doctor has not send some letter in order for the insurance to approve. Then I receive a call on January 8th, 2019, only to say that I should go back to the hospital again to see if I can get the doctor to give me the letter, extremely frustrated at this point, went back today to pick the actual prescription to take it somewhere else and they made me wait almost 30mins just to return my dads prescription. Because the girl that received my prescription and the one that seems to be In charge of handling and processing these type of prescriptions was not there and was not answering her texts or calls, and I kept hearing them make excuses for her to other patients there, I also while there heard them actually contact this person and it seems she was asleep. Great employee (NOT) And I want to say that an entire establishment shouldn’t get blamed for a horrible employee, however they should be hiring better personnel.

If I could I would give it ZERO! I dropped off surgical prescriptions on Saturday, no problem " we'll call you"...LOL!!! I called on Thursday morning and the young lady who took my perceptions at the counter wasn't in so nothing could be done...evidently she wasn't there the first 3 days of the week. Everyone was passing the buck. I am waiting for a visiting nurse now and have no supplies...thanks for nothing. NEVER AGAIN!!!
