Staffed with the most incompetent people ever. Have placed multiple online pick up orders there, for some reason unknown the people there have never been able to get pickup orders right or ontime. They don’t understand what’s in stock, how price adjustments work, or anything. It’s always a deeply frustrating experience shopping there or speaking with the staff.

If you’re going to put all your products behind, locked glass cases, then you need to make sure employees are available to open up those cases. Stood around for 10 minutes waiting for someone to get me some vitamins and no one was able to help. I asked the register and they weren’t able to help either because there was a line.

Walgreens Pharmacy workers at 700 Columbus Ave. in Manhattan are not nice and lack professionalism. I understand the job can be taxing and overwhelming at times but you choose this profession. Working with customers can be difficult but to take out your frustrations out on others is not okay.

I had ankle replacement surgery in NYC. I had a pain medicine prescription called into this pharmacy by the surgeon. The Walgreens/Duane Reade at 90th & Columbus didn't fill it. I spent hours (no lie) on the phone to the pharmacy. I got hung up on three times after a very lengthy wait. Finally they told me they were out. My surgeon called in another pain medicine. They were out of that one too. So, I went through ankle replacement surgery without any pain medication. This was awful. Third world country. I'm still recovering in NYC and am trying to get another prescription filled here. It's also delayed,no explanation. My physician sent it to the pharmacy days ago. This is a horrible pharmacy.

Employees slapping each other with toy puppies, super unprofessional and extremely rude. I will skip next time.
