The slowest pharmacy I've ever been to. Takes at least 5 minutes per customer and there's always 5-10 people in line. Just waited over a half hour to pickup a prescription on Saturday afternoon. Waited behind 5 customers. Go anywhere else to get your Rx. @Walgreens - please fix!

This is possibly the worst pharmacy in Bushwick. I don’t leave reviews but here we are. They are notoriously understaffed. They will tell you either the prescription wasn’t received, or they tell you it’s a 30 min wait (I’ve had them tell me to come back in an hour and it’s still not ready) even though I received a text saying it’s ready for pickup. The healthcare industry is understaffed across the board. This does not, however, condone rudeness or lack of bedside manner. From customer service, to unreasonably long wait times. Find somewhere else to get your medications. And don’t bother calling, they will either never pick up or hang up on you. If I could give no stars I would.

On verge of going to emergency room for intravenous antibiotics because the pharmacy still has not filled my antibiotic prescription they received at 1 pm by the next business day for a routine infection. My doctor said I needed to take the medication right away. Stopped going to this pharmacy a year ago due to two hour medication pickup wait times, but not getting medication to patients at all should be illegal if it isn’t already. Can’t even get anyone to pick up the phone to transfer the medication to a different pharmacy. They have the medication, they just need to put it in a bag and swipe my credit card. If This pharmacy were to go out of business we’d see a significant improvement in us health outcomes and reduction in emergency room visits.

if i’m lucky i can get thru on the phone to ask the pharmacy to please fill the medication i asked to be filled in the mobile app. it’ll take several calls to get thru to them because they hang up, or i’m disconnected. then you need to call again in a few days to remind them to fill the medication because 99% of the time the first request isn’t enough. 50% of the time a third call to request the medication be filled is necessary. then by the time you go to the pharmacy and wait in a super long line it’s still a 50% chance the medication is ready. pay attention when you pick things up too, sometimes they give me a partial order, or they don’t run it thru my insurance. good luck 🍀

Waited 30+ hours to get 2/3rds of my prescription for cold medicine. By the time my prescription is filled I don’t need it anymore. Completely unhelpful.
