Worst service and attitude ever... Can I give negative stars? If so, I would. I was behind a woman who was there for the third time trying to pick up a medication that had obviously been promised multiple times before and which still wasn't ready. A harbinger of things to come... I then tried to figure out with the store clerk why a refill on one of my prescriptions that I didn't need had been filled and for whcih I had been charged (they said that the doctor had called it in, which I know is not true). And then why another prescription which my doctor had called in was "delivered" (at least according the Walgreens app) even though I had not authorized delivery. "Delivery," at least according to one employee that works there, means over the next couple of days... which isn't very helpful. While trying to figure all of this out as well as trying to sort through an issue with insurance, the clerk then told me that three prescriptions of mine had actually been delivered (which as far as I can tell, isn't actually true -- only two actually were "filled" and at lease according to my doorman, none had been delivered). Then, in the middle of the conversation, the clerk abruptly walked away. I looked back at the pharmacist who was standing in the back somewhat flabbergasted and asked whether this was the end of the conversation, to which she replied "Yes, we're closed". Besides the pharmacy itself being a disaster, the store itself is horrible as well. It's understaffed and understocked.

Either they are short staffed or incompetent. Never waited 1 hr to have a medication to be picked. In addition, once I got home, I realized I was given 7 day supply instead of 1 month!

The worst - waiting 3 days for naproxen. It’s naproxen not magic dust.

Staff is helpful and the pharmacist is very knowledgeable and helpful
