Easily the worst pharmacy in Queens. They rarely will have any of my prescriptions in stock, and the in-person customer service is atrocious (rude and more than happy to keep you waiting for more than 20mins without batting an eye). Avoid this pharmacy at all costs. I since have switched to a CVS in Astoria and have received infinitely better service. Do not send your prescription to this Walgreens.

Never seen a Walgreens so bad in life. Almost empty shelves, terrible smell, and the worst location.

Refused to fill certain prescriptions with the only explanation being “we don’t do that, try another pharmacy”. Dismissive of questions. Prescriptions never ready when you get there.

This Walgreens is useless. Almost everything they sell is individually locked up behind plastic dividers. You need to get a manager to open anything, even cheap stuff like deodorant. Half the time they CAN'T open the dividers due to lock/key issues and you literally can't buy anything. I had to have a manager follow me around the store to unlock four separate dividers just to buy a few basic things. She was unable to open the second and third one, claiming the keys didn't work and she couldn't help me. Avoid this place. The grocery store next door sells many of the same things and doesn't disrespect their customers and lock all of their merchandise up.

It’s convenient, but pharmacy lacks customer service. They didn’t have the medication so I was referred to another location. And they did not transfer/request my prescription. And made me go to another location and wait for 2 hours.
