Called yesterday late afternoon to see if they carry my medication. Woman on the phone confirmed they did, with the specific mg dosage in stock and that it'd be an out of pocket cost. Had prescription sent there and went to pick it up today. Pleasantly greeted by friendly staff but then the person who took over in-store said they don't have that medication. When I relayed what I was told on the phone, she said they don't carry that kind of substance in a tone that suggested I should've known that, as if I was silly for thinking they, a pharmacy, would've in the first place. She suggested I called the wrong location, so I looked in my phone log, verified the number I called was indeed them and the time at which I did to try to determine who I could've spoken to. She was very unapologetic and dismissive and offered me no further assistance. I love trying to support smaller businesses but wouldn't recommend this one at all based on that experience. A complete waste of my time.

I would rather go here than a CVS or chain! Very local feeling.

Ever since my doctor told me I need maintenance medicines for my hypertension, I knew I had to find a reliable pharmacy. A good friend recommended Windsor because he had good experience with the people there. Thank goodness I listened to him! The prices of the medicines here are reasonable and I can feel that the staff truly cared for my well-being. I haven’t looked for another pharmacy since I visited this place.

As a clinician myself, I’ve referred a lot of my patients to Windsor pharmacy to fill their prescriptions. In a world where corporations have taken over healthcare and seemingly every other industry, it’s refreshing that there is still a store where personal care and superb service matters. Windsor goes out of their way to help their customers. I will most certainly continue to send patients their way!

I have not encountered many businesses that put their mission into practice with such genuineness and excellence in service. It is not a tagline. When I call Ellen at Windsor Pharmacy, the answer genuinely is always, "Yes!". I know with ease of mind that my prescriptions will be filled quickly, even during supply shortages, and I can rely on their help finding supplies that seem impossible to locate. Windsor Pharmacy offers unparalleled service and is an absolute must-know pharmacy in New York City.
