In the past when a prescription is phoned in it got delivered that late afternoon. Recently when a prescription was phoned in, I did not receive it. I went to the front desk. I was told they had the prescription. It would be delivered later that day. I never received it. In the past when the pharmacy could not fill the prescription, I would get a phone message telling that and why not. I needed the cure for COVID. They did not call to say they did not have it. I had to go to 90th Street pharmacy to ask for Paovid. They then told me to go to Duane Reade. I had to have my physician call that in the next day. 90th would not transfer the prescription to Duane Reade.

My entire family uses this pharmacy. They go out of their way to try to help us every time we have a prescription that needs taking care of. We will never use another pharmacy! And the pharmacist is the best of the best.

Ive recently switched my business to this pharmacy on the basis of the kind, polite, professional service I’ve received from everyone i’ve dealt with.

Such a calm place. CVS always has a lineup. Here it’s more personal and cheaper than cvs. Staff are super friendly and polite

Incredibly rude staff. I believe they changed system/administration recently and the customer service is just terrible. I had to wait three days for a medication to be delivered and at least 10 phone calls where I was told things like “if you need it sooner you’re going to have to pick it up” or “I don’t know what to tell you” Their services is just plain rude and unacceptable.
