When I switched to this pharmacy from an app based pharmacy, I was excited to use a local business! I had expressed to the pharmacist and store owners how grateful I was for their help getting my prescriptions set up and everyone seemed so warm and welcoming. That was well over a year ago (maybe closer to two years?), but I'm switching to an online pharmacy after a few months of struggles at Behren's. Firstly, there has always been a weird tone when I call to ask about when I can pick up my ADHD medicine. At some point over the last year, they stopped calling to let me know they've received my prescription refills/I could pick up - and I had gone without meds multiple times due to this and my forgetfulness - so I started calling to ask. Over the last three months, the woman pharmacist became increasingly and obviously annoyed? rude? whatever it was, she treated me like trash. The same woman I had complimented for her fun new hair cut, and chit chatted with about ridiculous insurance company crap now talks to me like I leave a bad taste in her mouth. I had simply called and asked if my prescription was available for pick up. She sighed loudly and said "I don’t have ANYTHING for you Ms xx" I kindly informed her it was a new prescription, and I needed my birth control as I had run out. a quick "oh." and she found the prescription but informed me I had no more refills of BC. I wish she would have told me last time I filled it -- I'm currently without and still waiting on a script and boy the hormones are wild. Long story short, after this interaction and me telling her I didn't appreciate the tone, the guy called me today to say they suddenly don't carry my meds. After YEARS of supporting them, telling friends how lovely they are, etc etc. I should have listened to the other reviewer - they WILL judge you for the meds you take. Especially if you're a younger presenting person (mind you, I'm over 30). TLDR: They're likely super conservative and will treat you differently if you get any mental health medications. If you're an older person there to pick up blood pressure meds, they'll remember your name and smile when you come in. I'm not one to leave bad reviews, especially for small businesses, but if I can save someone else from being treated like this then it's worth it.

Quaint and cute neighborhood pharmacy that makes for a more pleasant experience than a Wallgreens or CVS. I enjoy supporting these kind gentlemen. They fill prescriptions efficiently too.

Simply the best pharmacy around. They are knowledgeable and eager to assist anyone. The pharmacy is also well-stocked. You are greeted with a smile upon entering and made to feel valued as a customer.
