If i could leave no star i would, the people who work at the pharmacy are beyond incompetent, the most cumbersome experience i've ever had to go through to constantly get my Prescriptions refilled. i'm still baffled that i was was told at 2:00рм that i can pick up to get there at 7:00рм and it still not be ready i didn't know it takes 5 hours to count 30 pills.

Terrible! Expect to have to deal them with them every month for hours or even days to pickup your routine prescriptions. Even if you call or request online and they send a message it’s ready, when you get there it wont be. The worst run CVS or Walgreens is still much better than this dump. Any other pharmacy is better.

The staff are always kind but the fact that every time I need to use the pharmacy it is always a 45+ minute ordeal (and I have prescriptions I need to fill up monthly) is really an issue. I wish it weren’t true because I like supporting my community. Even when you use their app, even if you call ahead. No matter what you do. You will ALWAYS show up, have to check in, have to remind them of the prescriptions you were told “were ready” and wait 20-30 minutes in the crowded lobby.

Callen Lorde does wonderful things to help the LGBTQ community. When I became uninsured, they helped me and covered all of my medical bills and my life-saving medications, including my therapist! They see you and give you Prep or HIV medication the same day, regardless of whether you have health insurance or not.
