I’ve been a loyal customer for over 5 years but my recent experience has left me seriously reconsidering my trust in Capsule Pharmacy. Their so-called “tamper-proof” stickers are poorly designed and offer no real protection, which is alarming for something as critical as prescription medications. My recent order was delivered to me with the “tamper-proof” sticker not adhered to the bag. Imagine trying to prove your schedule II medications weren’t in the bag with the current epidemic going on, and the nightmare it would be to go an entire month without them because no one believes you didn’t receive them. Who wants to deal with that? When I reached out to address my concerns, their response was underwhelming. It felt generic and scripted rather than a genuine attempt to address the issue. They admitted they are “aware” of the situation but don’t have a solution to the problem. This lack of urgency shows they aren’t prioritizing customer safety or satisfaction. It’s disappointing to see a company that markets itself as innovative and customer-focused showing such disregard for basic safety and quality. I cannot in good conscience recommend Capsule Pharmacy.

My daughter needed medication last minute for a school trip she was going on, as the other pharmacy providing the trip medication didn't send hers along. Although Capsule was fully booked, they scheduled my daughter's medication for tonight so that I can send it along in time. Capsule truly makes obtaining your medication much easier than the large chains. Thank you!

Capsule is AMAZING! They handled the prior authorization I needed for a medicine and it was done within an hour (when my doctors do it it’s days going back and forth). They also have a courier deliver my medicine completely *for free* (I don’t even think I’m supposed to tip). Their customer service is also really helpful (they actually text you back instead of keeping you on hold for hours) and handle my insurance company for me. Unfortunately, my insurance requires a 90-day supply through their mail order, so I can’t use them anymore, but they also alerted me to my insurance’s issue and handled transferring the prescription over to them without me having to do anything. I cannot recommend them more highly! My doctors all love it, too, since it’s a lot fewer steps for them. I can’t believe they handle insurance all day and are so kind, competent, friendly, and helpful. I cannot more highly recommend them!

I travel a lot and have difficulty transferring prescriptions among the various pharmacies I use. Some lose information, some refuse to communicate with pharmacies that are not within their business group, some charge exorbitant prices. None of these - or a myriad of others! - issues occur for me with Capsule. They are proactive in solving any problems I have over any time or geographic or physicians or anything else you can imagine. I love being able to communicate quickly and directly through texts, as opposed to repeated telephone calls, holds, or requiring my physical presence at the pharmacy. I get to text with a real, caring human being who genuinely wants to help me. It is also awesome to have medications swiftly & directly brought to my home, especially when I feel too badly to move from bed, let alone run across town for what I need. The only problem is that Capsule isn’t nationwide! Thank you, Capsule folks!!!

My brother is a patient who uses Capsule for his medications. They are wonderful! Very courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. There was a problem with the insurance company denying a payment this week. I called and spoke with Cheryl. She was on the phone with me for an hour, trying to reach someone at the World Trade Center Registry to explain the situation. While she was not able to reach the right person, she did give me enough information so that I could straighten it out the next day. She was WONDERFUL! All the delivery people are also terrific...always polite and on time. Capsule is the best way to get all your prescriptions!!!! Only 1 negative...lately the wait time to speak to someone has been way too long. You need to hire a few more agents PLEASE.
