The place is amazing-- Nick and his staff go out of their way to make sure you're treated well. Best pharmacy I've ever encountered and I'm former EMS, took care of my late wife with cancer and caught cancer myself in 2019 so I know pharmacies very very well - Crescent is the best of the best. Nick and Mike and the staff treat customers like family. If you or your loved one is very sick and you need a good serious pharmacy, Crescent is by far the very best pharmacy in NYC.

The staff goes out of their way to give excellent customer service and at the same time are professional, respectful, and c friendly. If you are using a chain pharmacy, you will be pleasantly surprised at the service you will get here.

My old chain store pharmacy closed down and then the next nearest store—many blocks away—started phoning me, pressuring me to get my prescriptions in. Who needs that? A neighbor told me about Crescent and I started sending my prescriptions here. I am now a satisfied customer. I have found the people at Crescent efficient and helpful, not like the chain store which had all the charm of a prison. I rarely have to wait very long in line—again very different from the chain store. At Crescent the shelves are stocked to the ceiling with products, also different from the chain store. The biggest difference is that I am paying less. At first I could not believe it but then I checked my records and it is true, I am paying less for the same prescriptions. So, if you want pleasant, fast and low-priced service, come here.

Mauricio and his team are great, they always call me about my meds, bring them to me as well sometime, and they always help me when I'm running low to get my meds quick, they have a good amount of products needed for the household as well. I really love my pharmacist! Thanks Mauricio
