Staff do not answer calls, however, will respond to voicemail messages if left. They do not accept copies or photos of any personal IDs and will reject expired IDs for controlled substances anymore. If your prescription is not being filled/not showing up on the app, ask your doctor to send it in again because their system does not receive all prescriptions for some unknown reason. If you want to pay out-of-pocket for any prescribed medication, I highly suggest you pay an in-person visit as your phone call is highly unlikely to be informative/answered. Medical inventory is not well-maintained, prescription and for generic medications. However, if you manage to go pick up your medication at non-rush hours, it can be a smooth process.

My experience during my visits to CVS are always pleasurable. All of the CVS Team Members, even in the Pharmacy, are always welcoming and courteous and very efficient when tending to customers. I love the specials that are advertised on various items and I love being an ExtraCare Member, which provides perks and discounts on various items for ExtraCare Members. I appreciate the auto text reminders that I receive in regards to my medication refills. I never have any issues with new prescription requests or re-fills, whether by phone or in-store and I love that my prescriptions are always filled in a timely manner. I have no complaints and definitely recommend CVS to friends and family!

This is my local store. The Pharmacist called me back about a prescription I’ve been trying to get filled for weeks and just hung up on me and my wife. She is also a pharmacist. Repulsive behavior/customer service.

Excellent service - quick and efficient even during busy times. It’s a refreshing in-person pharmacy experience.

This place is usually busy, which means that the pharmacy line can be long during peak hours. But they keep things moving and are very helpful. Got my vaccines here, and the tech was good with a needle, which was a relief. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Only downside? The stock tends to go quickly on sale items. Upside? They have Ben & Jerry's in their ice cream section!
