Ride Aid was much better, I going crazy back and forth between 92 Pharmacy that the manager there is very nice but also they don't have prescriptions and they don't do delivery. Even they make you believe they do but they mislead you, you think you can really fro all the pharmacies around my tree books as I live next to Metropolitan but all of the three they suck, Metropolitan Drugs, the manager try to outsmart you and make believe you are the stupid to pretend they have a medication, they even tell you that medication is too expensive we cannot supply to you, I said how come CVS Can refill it and you cannot, she said, we have a different system. Really I don't have any reliable pharmacy between 96th street and 106th street. Why we have to beg and received such a lousy service. I have been waiting three days a prescription from cvs on Lexington and 97th street and again the manager is awful so rude so bold cut through, she dont' care when I told her why she has such a lousy CS. she tells me to go to app and schedule delivery with the app but then the app is useless. So my only option is 92th Pharmacy but it lacks a lot of customer service and delivery. They also make you believe you are a peasant and that they give you 1.60 fee cut off to retain you as a customer, I rather pay the fee of my medication than get free and not get delivery.

You have to fire everyone in the pharmacy and hire a whole new team. The amount of disdain and disgust for their customers is appalling. Nobody picks up the phone, nobody returns the voicemails, prescriptions are routinely lost, and if not, it may take a week to fulfill it. Even when it's right on the shelf and there is not a single person in line, they will say Come back in 15 min, instead of putting it into a brown baggy and giving it to the customer. Staff always exchange side glances, roll their eyes, and make snide comments about the customers. CVS leadership- this is embarrassing that your brand is represented this way.

Useless place. Nobody ever picks up the phone. Therefore, it's impossible to find out if they have a medication in place, as cvs refuses to put this information online. This pharmacy rarely has anything in stock, they are always out of seemingly basic prescriptions. The only way to find out, if they have it, is to shlep there in person, stand in a ridiculous line, and then beg very surly employees to check. How are we living like this in 2024?

Always under pressure they move lines quickly are always polite and efficient at the checkout and if something is not right with the script they resolve it on the spot - super team

I find this particular CVS pharmacy (on the Upper East Side of 91 street & 3rd ave.), so easy to navigate, and all the staff members willing to help, and find solutions to.any problems. I do wish CVS corporate would change the rugs, which are filthy and out of date, to perhaps tile or some other flooring that cabn nopped and maintained..
