This is the worse of the two pharmacies within walking distance for me. The shelves seem to be constantly empty when it comes to normal staples that one could expect to buy at a pharmacy. Theres so much empty space yet ive gone there for diapers or something similarly normal a few times and left empty handed. Though, there's no shortage of random plastic junk if you're there for ill-advised impulse buys. When I first moved to this neighborhood THREE years ago I was excited to see a display for Essence Cosmetics... it was almost completely empty and believe it or not the empty display has remained to this day! 3 years! Also, when they have a sale item they have to mark it on each individual item... blocking the items themselves. Which is just annoying. Then at the end of the ride there are 4 or 5 self checkouts. Everyone a person uses them a store associate needs to come and do something to the machine before the person can just pay and leave. In fact, one usually lingers near there waiting. Though, I think this might be to prevent people from stealing paper bags that they didn't claim and pay for during the checkout process. I got annoyed the other day and took a lot of pictures. Enjoy!

Sometimes service is smooth, and the pharmacists are great. Sometimes they simply don't open because pharmacists are running late, or for any number of other reasons. Business hours listed should be taken loosely. I would estimate that I get satisfactory service here (i.e., I show up, and they hand over my medication) probably 75% of the time. Another CVS pharmacy location in NYC that cannot be relied upon, unfortunately

I had the most incredible visit today. Jeffrey in pharmacy went entirely beyond and did what nobody had been able to do and solve my prescription cost issues. His care, compassion, diligence, and heroic desire to help went beyond the call of duty and is incredibly rare and so greatly appreciated. A huge thank you to him and you are very very lucky to have him on your team!

I had a wonderful experience at 395 Court Street in Brooklyn with Jeffrey. He was kind, helpful, and determined. He took extra care to help with my prescription and trying to figure out the cost of the prescription for me. He took my information down and when I returned he immediately updated me on the status of filling my prescription. He asked questions about future prescriptions and assured me he would be there to help when I'm ready to fill that prescription. The other individuals were also kind and helpful though I don't have their names to specifically note who they were. When prescriptions can be challenging to deal with, this location has succeeded in alleviating stress!

I rarely write bad reviews but for this, I’ll make an exception. This is one of the worst pharmacies ever. Not all CVS are horrid, some are good, some okay, some bad & some are this Court Street in a league of its own. Pharmacy staff is Rude. Half the time I call the pharmacy I wait on hold only to be hung up on & have to do it again. Items constantly out of stock. Sometimes their systems just go down so if you need a life saving prescription- go F yourself! They don’t care.
