I have had a terrible time getting accurate info regarding an important prescription I transferred to this location. One particular staff member has been aggressive or rude in every interaction whether in-person or over the phone. She has shouted at other people people while on the phone with me, speaks loudly over me while answering her questions and ultimately lied about when the prescription will be filled. Side note: it never got filled. A simple friendly greeting seems to set her off. I understand that the job is difficult but maintaining a even a base level of professionalism would go a long way. Proceed with caution!

They told me an important prescription would be ready in a couple of hours over the phone and when I got there later in the day they didn't have it. The other locations that had it were already closed. If you didn't have it you could have told me in advance so I could go somewhere else! Staff couldn't care less.

As I write this, I’m standing in line waiting to pick up a prescription. The pharmacy was supposed to open ten minutes ago, but it’s still closed, and there’s no sign of life anywhere, and no indication when, or even whether, they might open today. I am going to be late for work thanks to this.
