These people are racists and dishonest. On the same day in the same encounter, one said they did not have the medication in stock, then the other said they have it in stock just within the next 15 minutes. Called them the day before, and over the phone they said they were not going to have any of it and told me to send it to another pharmacy if I could get it there. Then the next moment they said they processed it and then blame the prescriber for cancelling it, without even saying that the stock came. When asked, they put in all the excuses. They have strong prejudice, are extremely rude, and ended the encounter saying "that is why you are on medication!" Avoid at all cost.

MICHAEL B, the pharmacist at the 1 Columbus Place location,store 2168, is amazing! The pharmacy was very hectic with long lines and all the pharmacists and staff super busy. MICHAEL treated me like a VIP and spent a lot of time helping fill my rx that was not easily being processed. He is super smart, calm, confident, professional and compassionate. He is a great problem solver and went above and beyond to figure out a way for me to get my medication. In all my years of retail shopping, I have never been so impressed or treated so well. MICHAEL B IS A SUPERSTAR! It is clear he takes great pride in his job and joy in helping people. I hope you can acknowledge him in a meaningful way for his outstanding service to me and everyone else that he helps. Thanks to MICHAEL B I always shop at that CVS location! Melanie

Very pleased with the staff of this CVS store, both floor and pharmacy. They are always pleasant and very helpful. The store is nicely kept and stocked as well!

Can’t make this up … I stopped by this cvs on the way to the hospital where I am having surgery. My pain medication was called into this cvs location … The pharmacy … closed from 1:30 to 2 … for lunch. I can see the two people running the pharmacy behind the mesh divider … I ask them if they can help me out because I’m going to surgery now and won’t get out until after the pharmacy is closed. One of the humans behind the mesh said, in a contemptuous tone .. “No, we can’t”. Unreal. My faith in humanity keeps waning.
