This review is about the cleanliness of this place. Particularly the vaccination corner. It’s absolutely disgusting as shown in my video. Vaccination areas are meant to be hygienic. Please get a cleaner to sort this (and the pharmacy) out. I’ve ignored the state of this place for years, but it’s not okay when they charge so much. It’s really not that hard.

Line snakes around the store. Unreachable by phone. Hopefully they have my prescription. Didn’t yesterday. This is a massive waste of time for every customer here. Very obviously because they want all prescriptions sent via mail so they can shut down the overhead expense of a store… which is why all the nyc pharmacies are like this.

Have you been waiting in excessively long lines at CVS for your prescriptions? Have you noticed the store looking messy? CVS is owned by the same company that sets drug prices. They also buy out mom and pop pharmacies, transfer all the prescriptions to their own pharmacy then drastically understaff their stores. I'm opting out after learning this. Taking my prescriptions elsewhere. Sick of these corporations abusing people.

Got my first dose of Pfizer vaccine today. Signed up this morning (on my phone) around 9:30am Wed April 28th, and slots were open starting at 10am onwards every 15 mins or so. Plenty of spots open. Came back at 1pm for my 1:15p appt. Checked in at the little desk when you first walked in, the girl working was super nice and friendly, filled out the little vaccine card and brought me to one of the makeshift private cubbies where the nurse*? administered the shot. Sat down, confirmed info and the shot was a second or two. Felt absolutely no pain! I'm a big baby too, but not even a pinch. They have a private area set up to wait 15 mins to make sure you're feeling OK, then you can head out. The whole process was seemless, the employees were extremely helpful, and the experience was very much a positive one. Don't put it off due to nervousness because you'll feel silly when actually get it and you're like "wait.. That's it?". Sign up online beforehand, and have your medical insurance card (or info) & prescription card ready (if you have them). The whole thing was about 20 mins due to the 15 min waiting period. Thank you for making this experience great for me! (also I asked permission to photograph the table, and the gal was happy to be included the picture! 😊👍🏾
