There's no way any of the positive reviews are real. This location is horrible and lazy! No reason why medication is on hold (after being told it'd be ready 3hrs prior to arriving), then stating that they're closing soon anyway. Another instance, saying a script wasn't sent in, but the Dr's computer said it was received by the pharmacy 🙄. Can't wait to find a new pharmacy.

I made the wrong choice of choosing this as my pharmacy. I was thinking that because it was CVS they are on top of the pharmacy chain standards. I fall in line and waited for 30 minutes only to be hit by a "system outage" 5 minutes before their lunch break. The female staff there just disappeared behind the accordion like the show is over! Everything was left to the male staff who was outside the accordion to explain that they are unsure when their system will be up and running and its up to us when we can check back. They should have at least a way to handle situations like this. They should have at least given numbers to those who had fallen in line and are willing to return the same day who lost their important time waiting for nothing. I told the male staff if I can be accommodated first when they open back after the lunch and if the system is up. When I came back at 1:57PM there was a guy in line who gave a "stare" like I am some idiot lacking social skills going in line at the front of him. Good thing the male CVS staff was there to explain. All this stress and drama is not worth it and their system only came back after 2:45PM. I know this is not the fault of the staff but they lack customer service skills. It also looks like they do not seem to care to fix or have a procedure manual in place for any "system outage" they may have. I will have to move my future scripts to a different pharmacy. I'm so done!

When I go to CVS PHARMACY, there is no more than three people ahead of me and sometimes there’s no one. Staff very friendly.

If you can find another pharmacy do so. This is the worst pharmacy I have ever delt with. Rude, Arrogant and they hang up on you. Terrible Terrible Terrible!!

Today when I went to pick up my scrip I was told iI would have to return in 15 minutes and I did not have to make a line I returned I was standing away from the counter made sure the technician can see me she called me I made my way to the counter To hear people complaining that I need to go to the back I let them know the tech gave me permission they were so rude out of line I had to defend myself and I’m a Senior no respect now I believe rules have to be made do this won’t happen again I might be looking for another pharmacy also various times I get a message my scrip is full when I get there it’s not true also I’m told I have no refills left when I get there and at home I read the label and there are refills
