A pharmacist at the 387 Park Avenue South location went way above and beyond to figure out a glitch that caused my very expensive prescription not to be covered by insurance. She kept after it and today I received a refund of over $800. I am thrilled with this — all due to the wonderful Inna. Thank you!

7:20 They said very rudely that it was closed but it should be closed at 8:00 pm. Isn't there anyone monitoring these?
