The clerk who helped me pick up my online pick up order was fantastic. He was quick. The other two encounters at the store during this visit was absolutely bad for business. I stood in the lotion aisle for 5 minutes waiting after requesting for staff to open the cabinet. The staff finally arrived. I waved to him to let him know where I was. He saw me and nodded his head. He served the woman to my right. I waited. Luckily I looked in his direction to see as he was busy on his phone walking away. I called him over and told him I couldn’t believe he had forgotten I was there. He apologized in a mocking tone. I told him to get off his phone and do his job. I walk to the counter, I see a clerk. Like the other one, she was looking at her phone. I said “excuse me I’m here to pick up my order.” She walked away still looking at her phone completely ignoring me until another clerk saw me and got my order. Your floor staff should not be on their phones scrolling while working! Horrible customer service.

Nelson, a CVS Pharmacy staff employee, was extremely rude to me when I was simply trying to get my prescription. I was shocked by it because there was nothing I did to provoke that kind of reaction. He was patronizing to when I did not understand this issue that was specific to my insurance. I told him that his tone was unnecessary after he scoffed saying “is your doctor new because I don’t get how they don’t know this,” despite it being an issue with my insurance and not my doctor. After I confronted him about his tone, he finally answered the questions he refused to answer previously like how much the medication would be out of pocket. I felt a bit racially profiled by him, and it was a very distasteful interaction when I had no intention to give him a hard time. I was simply confused and was unaware about the rule my insurance had. I talked to another staff employee who was very nice, and she told me that this kind of thing g with Nelson has happened before. He treated me unfairly and disrespected my doctor which I think is unacceptable behavior. I will not be recommending this place to anyone if that is how people are greeted.

Christine the beauty consultant is AMAZING! Shes always helping me and is recommending products. Always friendly, professional and extremely knowledgable. Staff is always very helpful and kind. You can always find really great things!

They are very professional ,responsible and trustworthy in addition their very informative about the products and medications that they sell/give to us in our Community. They always treat me like family as well as a great customer.

THERE IS ALWAYS A LINE OF 20+ PEOPLE. Pharmacists are very slow and not doing anything to fast track the line that you will wait 40-50 minutes on a good day. Switch to Duane Read next door.
