I give 0 stars. Just left this pharmacy while visiting various stores looking for crutch tips. After an extremely rude woman couldn’t understand what I was saying (“I am looking for crutch tips. All you have is cane tips.”) She retrieved a large bald man who came at me aggressively as though my very presence in his beloved store somehow offended him. He told me to speak up and look him in the eye when I was talking to him like he just got done watching a video on how to be an alpha. I’m sorry you’re such an Andrew Tate fan, but that is now how you treat a customer with one leg who is embarrassed about having to shop for crutch parts. Please do not go here. Do not support these incredibly rude people. Let their business suffer from their lack of customer service, lack of communication, and incomprehensible hostility. This is how you treat people who want to give you money for a product? Sorry, but your business deserves to fail. Maybe my story doesn’t convey how hostile the clerk and pharmacist were, but I’ve never felt threatened just for wanting to look around a business. This woman and man were on the verge of screaming just because I dared to enter their store.

To my person. This represents an old style pharmacy that you are amazed that exists. They are excellent and hospitality is good. They will try to help you with your plans. The moment you walk in.

I popped into David's Pharmacy to buy Arm & Hammer Simply Saline (Allergy & Sinus) which I can't seem to find in the city. Hazel was kind enough to order it for me. Today I received a call from her that for some reason, the store received a different nasal spray (not the one I was interested in). I so appreciated the consideration shown (Hazel wanted to make sure I didn't waste a trip to the store). That is what I call exemplary customer service! Thank you Hazel. I'll definitely be back to shop for more items. While the store is small, the inventory seems very inclusive. And I appreciated the thoughtful call.

An old fashioned friendly pharmacy in the neighborhood. Rosie and Jeff are the two I often see when I enter. Rosie has a smile and is helpful. Jeff is more serious but is informative and has a sense of humor. He once patiently explained to me how to play Box 50 as they do sell lottery tickets. There are many products for health care but also European lotions and potions and lovely candles. I like to pick up the small tins of Altoids, face wash pads and I like the shelf that has the products on sale and occasionally get a lottery ticket.

I went into this pharmacy which is located in my building yesterday and was horrified at the (lack of) customer service. I have gone in there a couple of times before in emergencies and, though everything is overpriced, it is handy in a rush. So back to yesterday....I went it to grab a roll of sellotape and went to the counter where the guy behind the counter was finishing a transaction with a customer. He waved his hand in the air and directed me to go to the pharmacy counter to check out, which I did. However, as is the nature of the beast, pharmacy counters are usually busy as transactions often involve the giving of information...which was happening when I went to the counter. There was also another person waiting who was sitting down since things were taking a little time. Under such circumstances I went to the first counter and informed the guy that I was in a hurry and there was a time consuming line at the pharmacy (he had no line). On saying this he just said "Fine!" and left me to put the sellotape away again (which at this point I just left on a nearby counter) and walked out. Long story but I then went to the hardware store a little down the street on third avenue. There was one person being served and rather than make me wait the guy checked me out while she was looking for her credit card. THAT is customer service. I don't care how convenient they are in a rush, I will walk several block rather than go in here again.
