UPS access point. Yet they do not stay open until 6pm as stated in their website. It's a real inconvenience to customers to not operate during the hours listed on your company website

I have been going to this pharmacy off and on for years & I noticed that the people that works their works hard . They are kind : at least to me but what I mean is always politeness . Drugs are ready when asked . And this sale was amazing because Walgreens haves a similar sale with the second supplement 50 percent off this is buy 1 get one free sale which is very great health is wealth also it’s very expensive to buy vitamins so take advantage of the sale ; if driving just stop by it’s worth the gas . A lot of different things to pick from thanks for reading ; blessings .

I really like this location. I am happy that they offer door to door services for medication.I live in Manhattan and have my medications delivered with no problems and on a timely matter. Staff has always been very helpful and pleasant each time I am in need of assistance. I have recommended this pharmacy to other friends in my area who are in need of having medications delivered straight to their home.

The staff in this pharmacy are extremely rude and unprofessional. When I came to pick up my medication on Friday the lady was extremely vague as to why they couldn’t process my prescription, it was almost like she didn’t want to waste her time to elaborate what the issue was (I’m guessing because they were almost about to close or something) and therefore told me I had to wait and return on Monday so that they can do whatever they vaguely explained to me in order to get my medication or she said I can have my doctor send it to another pharmacy why even say that if this “issue” is some sort of “protocol” as she claimed for every pharmacy it’s almost like she wasn’t trying to help me at all in all seriousness ..let’s keep in mind I had to take a 20 minute ride just to come to this place because no other pharmacy had the medication that I need. Today is now Monday (the same day this rude lady told me to return) I show up: I get no welcome, no hello, how can I help, just a stoic stare & she asks me for my d.o.b and has me take a seat, she tells me that I have to come back after 3 because they have to “fix something”…again not specifying why or what the issue is. I ask her to elaborate because the only reason I showed up is because she herself very self told me to return Monday. She then begins to argue back and forth with me telling me that she never said that when that is the only reason I showed up in the first place. She claims that she said they would call me first but that was never the case. She then turned to her co worker as if to verify what she said when ofc she’s only going to following along with whatever she said ; her co worker wasn’t even paying attention to the matters at hand at the time she was doing her own thing and taking care of her own business so I know that she was just trying to gaslight me and simply didn’t know what she was talking about and as frustrated as I was already for taking this 20 minute trip just to be told to turn around and come back after 3 she’s telling me I have an attitude so I leave the store upset saying that she did in fact have an attitude since last Friday when I first came, up til the very moment that I walked into the pharmacy. This woman went out of her way to come out from behind the desk just to argue with me as I was leaving… very ghetto very unprofessional very unwelcoming…I told her that I would be seeing her after 3 AS SHE VERBATIM stated. I wish i would have recorded all of this because she couldn’t keep up with the things she said and claimed to have never said to me.. very frustrated very disappointed and will not ever be returning once I get my prescription. DO NOT COME TO THIS PHARMACY. these people act like they do not like their job.

The staff are friendly and helpful but ultimately, this place makes it hard for me to get my prescriptions. For one thing, the hours are difficult, especially on the weekend. They're not open on Sunday, and the Saturday hours are inconsistent. It seems like they close when they feel like closing, rather than follow consistent hours. Their website says they're open till 6pm, but I went last Saturday at 3 and they were closed. I just called and asked what time they close Saturday, and the staff person told me "4pm, if not 2pm. " For another thing, when my doctor has sent over a new prescription, they don't automatically fill it. I'll call and ask if I can come pick it up, and they tell me that they have to order it. They don't order it until I call them and ask them to, which is an extra step and causes delays. Like I said, the staff is helpful, but the point of going to a pharmacy is to get prescriptions, and this place doesn't make it easy.
