Well stocked, convenient. Always someone to open whatever area you need to get an item. Not crowded. Checkout is quick.

Always extremely disappointing experience with the service from the pharmacist and team at this pharmacy. Every time I receive a notification that my prescription is ready for pickup, it's always a hassle. I consistently hear excuses like "there is a shortage," "let me check your notifications in the system," or "we have to order." This continual miscommunication is not only frustrating but also a waste of my time. There’s a reason I need my prescription on time, and being told it’s ready only to find out it’s not is unacceptable. Additionally, when I express my constant frustration, I am met with an attitude and an unhelpful lecture!

These people are so disrespectful, rude and incompetent that any other option nearby will be better. Today I had to pick up my medicine for my thyroid condition. This medication is absolutely necessary (by medical advice I have to take it EVERY single day) it does not have any side effect or any component that make the medicine addictive or life threatening in any way. So I went on Friday, noticing that I just had few pills for my weekend, and they told me they will contact my physician. I came back today and a rude woman said it was denied, which was completely strange since I had spoken with my physician’s office that same Friday. I stopped by my physician’s and told them what happened and they checked and told me the medication was approved and there shouldn’t be any problems about it, they called the pharmacy when I was there and the pharmacy’s personnel (I assume the same bitter lady) was very rude with them too, I heard when she said “you don’t need to be disrespectful, I will talk to your manager”. They explained to me that, despite the pharmacy being close to the doctor’s office, other patients and personnel have had trouble with them in the past. They had to send my prescription to CVS on Lexington between 54th and 55th, to avoid any further inconvenient. For what I’ve seen in other reviews this problem is recurrent. If they don’t like their jobs or they don’t know how to do it properly, they shouldn’t been working there, there is no need to ruin others’ days with they incompetence and playing with something so delicate as people’s health.

Rude and uncooperative pharmacist. Spent 30 minutes with Blue Cross Rep trying to get pharmacy to answer her call so I could get a 5 day supplemental refill because I am working out of town and ran out. She refused to help me so I will not be able to take my meds until my bottles come in the mail.
