Had to wait over 40 minutes (not exaggerating) for a nausea medication prescription, that had been put in 4 hours prior. I watched almost every other person in line be made to wait at least 10 minutes too, all of us forced to stand around while they tell us, “it’ll just be a few minutes!” If it’s not ready, just say that rather than lying and force sick people to stand around. Absolutely horrendous, if you can, go to the CVS down the block.

Every product is locked. Literally, they have no shelves anymore- just locked up cabinets. If you want toothpaste- ring the bell and maybe somebody will show up 5 minutes later.

The worst pharmacy ever. I've experienced long line and terrible service many times but my doctor accidently sent to them again. I was hoping this time was better, but it was again the worst. I waited in line for 25 minutes just to hear that they didn't have the medication I needed. And the 25 mins was spent just to serve two people before me in line. Ridiculously long chat and slow typing from the receptionist. Then she told me basically I had to call all pharmacies in town to find the medicine because they are busy. But guess what! In fact, they did have the medicine I needed and gave me the wrong information the whole time. PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY.

I don’t know what good a review to a pharmacy does but the staff here have always been so nice and pleasant. Half the times I come here there’s a total Karen yelling at them, but they’re just the middlemen and women stuck in the special hellscape that is American health insurance! Thank you!
