the lady with the covid mask straight up is the rudest pharmacist i have ever interacted with - she said my medication has been picked up last week and i literally got a call yesterday that my medication was ready to be picked up, so straight up its not true what she’s saying?? and she had no will to help me in any way when i was trying to understand the situation. im switching back to cvs!!

TLDR: Choose a different location. Hardly passable as a functional pharmacy. Watched 3 people get turned away for different reasons while standing in line. When I finally reached the counter, the idiot who “helped” me did nothing but mumble through her Covid mask, telling me that my prescription 1- hadn’t been filled and 2- was partly out of stock. They offered no clear info on when I would be able to get my medication, so I’ll be spending the afternoon calling other locations so I can get what I need. Worst Duane Reade I’ve ever been into.

The cashiers are great. They usually have a great attitude kind of professional, but the pharmacist are usually really rude. I prefer not to go to the pharmacy, but it is right around the corner, but I still try to avoid it.

They will randomly just not fill your prescription, forcing you to go to the pharmacy to assert that yes, you do in fact require the prescription that you ordered. Avoid them.

This pharmacy is really bad - if you can, go to a different one. It takes them days to fulfill a prescription. The front desk people are incredibly rude. They often do not have medications in stock. Don’t even try to give them a call, you will be on hold for 20 mins and then they will hang up on you. The male pharmacist who runs the clinic is very nice but it does not make up for everyone else that works here.
