Discrimination. They have a hiring sign on the window. So when I went in the lady in the front said to speak to the pharmacy in the back. I went to the back and asked if you needed to speak Chinese to be hired. The lady said no but it's preferred. I told my girl who isn't Chinese, who then goes immediately to ask about the job and the lady in the front laughed at her face, then she said no they aren't hiring even though they told me they were. Meanwhile they have that hiring sign UP forever even months up after telling her they aren't hiring. I originally wrote this on June 28 2023 it's January 2025 almost 2 years later they still have the sign they are hiring every month that I've walked by this week pharmacy. I edited this because the owner response CLAIMS my post was not true that the sign originally said person who's interested has to speak Chinese. Here's the proof the sign never said you needed to speak Chinese. My girl felt discriminated against, cause I personally ASKED them if my girl needed to speak Chinese but when they saw my girl was Afro Latina they then said no they aren't hiring. Again almost 2 years later they still hiring but told my girl they aren't. They however indeed later on put up a sign saying you needed to speak Chinese after my review. My wife has a video recording of the incident on her phone.

I usually go to this pharmacy whenever the diabetes physician prescribes medication for me. The pharmacist is very knowledgeable, helpful and supportive. All the staff in the front desk are very sincere ,pleasant and trying to extend help if the insurance doesn’t approve the medication. This pharmacy is very great and recommended for patients who require kind care and assistance. Sam and Samia

This is a review written on behalf of my 70 year old mother. She has been a customer since eRxCity has been open and she doesn't visit any other pharmacies. She gets everything she needs there. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. I drive her out to pick up meds and products from time to time and since she buys so much, there is always someone helping her bring the bags out to my car, which is just an extra level or service. She is a very happy customer.

eRxcity has a modern decor with a clean and bright vibe. It is located within the Chinatown community between Canal St. and Mott St. with good access to other healthcare professionals. What stood out was their service - they are able to speak in multiple Chinese dialects and are professional, courteous and provided good service.

Professional and fast service. Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. Very centrally located in Chinatown (Mott / Canal) and well stocked.
